How the session timer works

1. Choose a playlist and press play.
2. Pick a session length: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
3. Optional: add a soft chime every 3 or 5 minutes to remind you to change hand positions or areas.
4. Tap Start session. Session mode fills the screen with a large, calm timer and keeps your screen awake.
5. At the end, a final chime plays and the music fades out gently.
